Program Participation
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Nuzest UK Affiliate Program, operated by NUZEST (EU) LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06931262, referred to throughout these Terms as “Nuzest,” “we,” or “us.”
By joining or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Nuzest reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or participation in the program at its discretion.
Changes to the Affiliate Program
Nuzest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its Affiliate Program at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to affiliates or any obligation to provide an explanation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to, changes to commission rates, commission tiers, eligibility requirements, performance thresholds, rewards, incentives, promotional offers, qualifying purchases, attribution rules, payment terms, and any other program benefits, features, or conditions.
Changes may take effect immediately upon implementation or publication by Nuzest. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the current Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and applicable program details periodically.
Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Payment Information and Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for providing, uploading, and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment information within the designated affiliate platform. Nuzest is not responsible for obtaining payment information on an affiliate's behalf.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is valid and capable of receiving payments.
If an affiliate fails to provide valid payment information, Nuzest is not responsible for payment delays or failed transactions resulting from missing, inaccurate, or outdated information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where Nuzest is unable to process commission payments due to missing or invalid payment information, Nuzest reserves the right to contact the affiliate using the contact details provided in their account.
If an affiliate fails to respond to Nuzest's attempts to obtain the required payment information or resolve outstanding payment issues, Nuzest reserves the right to suspend or close the affiliate's account and consider any outstanding commissions forfeited, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Payment Method and Schedule
Affiliate commissions are paid through PayPal unless an alternative payment method has been expressly agreed upon with Nuzest.
Payments are processed once per month, between the 5th and 15th of each month, for eligible commissions earned during the preceding month.
There is no minimum commission balance or payout threshold.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal accounts and payment information are accurate, active, and capable of receiving payments.
All commissions remain subject to applicable program requirements, commission validation, and these Terms and Conditions.
Coupon and Discount Website Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to submit, upload, distribute, or otherwise make their Nuzest affiliate coupon codes or exclusive discount codes available on third-party coupon websites, discount directories, deal aggregation platforms, or similar websites without prior written approval from Nuzest.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional codes are used in accordance with these Terms and must not knowingly facilitate unauthorized distribution or publication of their codes on prohibited websites.
If an affiliate's coupon or discount code is found on a prohibited coupon or discount website, Nuzest reserves the right to investigate and, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the affiliate's participation in the program. Nuzest may also revoke or deactivate the associated code.
Suspension and Termination
Nuzest reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, subject to applicable law.
This may include, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms, unauthorized distribution of affiliate codes, fraudulent activity, misuse of affiliate links or promotional codes, or conduct that Nuzest determines to be harmful to its brand, business, or Affiliate Program.
Upon termination, Nuzest may deactivate affiliate links and promotional codes and discontinue future program benefits.
Any outstanding commissions will remain subject to the payment provisions outlined in these Terms and applicable law.
