Returns & Refund Policy
I’d like to return my Order
Thank you for shopping at NUZEST (EU) LIMITED.
If you’d like to return your order for an exchange or refund you must do so within 28 calendar days of your goods being delivered to your nominated address. Unfortunately, we will not refund or replace any orders outside of this period.
Please clearly state your order number, reason for return and if you wish to receive a refund or replacement. Please note return costs are not covered by NUZEST (EU) LIMITED. We advise you to insure your returned parcel the appropriate insurance & obtain a proof of postage.
Please do not return an item without contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from us. Your item must be in the original packaging & you must have proof of purchase from Nuzest.co.uk.
Returned products must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in resale-able condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
- The item must be unopened.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in any way or is not the item that you ordered, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org between 9.00am to 5pm (Mon — Fri) and request return instructions.
In order to speed up the process for damaged or defective products we will require the following information:
- Order number
- Details regarding the issue
- Photos displaying the damage or defect
- Batch number & expiry date.
My Order is Incorrect
Any product(s) that have been miss picked & shipped by NUZEST (EU) LIMITED can be returned at no charge to the customer & replaced with the correct product as a priority free of charge. Please email us email@example.com.
One of my Items is Missing From My Delivery
If you think that you have an item or items missing from your order, please first check the despatch note in your box to ensure that there is not more than one box in your delivery. If the product is showing on your despatch note then it should be in the box.
If it's not then we sincerely apologise, please contact our Customer Services Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we will immediately despatch your missing items ASAP.
If you have already placed your order and would now like to cancel it then you can contact our Customer Services Team via email at email@example.com
In most cases our customers have a total of 30 minutes to change, amend or cancel their order after it has been placed. If your order has not been processed & is still in our warehouse then we will cancel your order and refund you your payment.
If your order has already been despatched, we will attempt to cancel it at the carriers depot. If we are successful then we will be able to credit your order in full.
Unfortunately if your order is already out for delivery and there is a delivery charge associated with it, then we will need to charge you for the cost of the delivery. Please follow our returns policy to progress with a replacement or refund.
