Strawberry and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Recipe created by Laura Davies A delicious take on the classic flavour PBJ. This child friendly smoothie packs in all of the essential nutrients in just one glass. (Adults can enjoy too!) Method Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Swirl a tsp of peanut butter around the edge of a glass and pour in the blended smoothie mixture. Top with a strawberry, optional peanut butter and freeze-dried strawberries.

1 banana
250ml milk of choice
150g fresh or frozen strawberries
15g Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff
1 tbsp smooth runny peanut butter
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
**Optional Toppings**
Smooth runny peanut butter
Fresh strawberries
Freeze dried strawberries
