125g frozen raspberries

1 frozen banana

2-3 tbsp plant-based milk (plus more if too thick)

1 scoop of Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein

Matcha ingredients

2-3 tbsp plant-based milk (plus more if too thick)

1 frozen banana

1 scoop of Vanilla Matcha Clean Lean Protein

30g fresh baby spinach

1-2 pitted dates, pitted

3 cubes ice

For the Matcha Smoothie

    Method

    • Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
    • For a thick smoothie bowl add just enough liquid to turn the blender blade and be patient. For a thinner, drinkable smoothie, add more liquid.

    For the Raspberry Smoothie

      Method

      • Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
      • For a thick smoothie bowl add just enough liquid to turn the blender blade and be patient. For a thinner, drinkable smoothie, add more liquid.

      Combine each smoothie in a bowl, top with chopped fruit and desiccated coconut, and enjoy right away!
