Green Breakfast Smoothie
Since I was first introduced to Nuzest, I've been making this smoothie on a daily basis. It's super yummy and packed full of nutrient-dense and anti-inflammatory ingredients, so I know I'm starting my day the right way.
Some days I follow the basic recipe below, other days I might mix it up by adding a spoon of nut butter, a drop of Wild Orange essential oil or some extra frozen berries.

Ingredients
250ml plant milk of choice
1/2 avocado
Handful of greens (Kale, spinach, etc.)
Handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
2 scoops of Chai, Turmeric and Maca Clean Lean Protein
1 serving Good Green Stuff
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
