Coconut & Mango Protein Toast
This high-protein snack is packed full of exotic flavours, making it the perfect breakfast (or snack) for summer.

- 2 Small slices of sourdough bread
- 120g Coconut yoghurt
- 20g Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 Mango, sliced
- 10g Toasted coconut chips
- 10g Pumpkin seeds
- Toast two slices of sourdough bread.
- Mix together the coconut yoghurt with the vanilla clean lean protein powder to get a thick spread.
- Thinly slice the mango.
- Spread the coconut yoghurt mixture evenly onto the two pieces of toast.
- Arrange the sliced mango on top.
- Top with toasted coconut chips and pumpkin seeds.
