Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Crumble Milkshake

Serves: 1 Pax / Prep time:
Ingredients:
Milkshake Base:
1 Frozen banana
1/3 Cup oatmeal
1/3 Cup desiccated coconut
1/3 Cup roasted hazelnuts
1 tbsp vanilla flavoured monk fruit syrup
2 Large medjool dates
2 Scoops Nuzest Immune Amie
1.5 Cups macadamia nut milk or coconut milk
Layers/Toppings:
2 Malt biscuits / cookies
Coconut cream (optional)
1 tbsp chocolate chips or grated chocolate
Method:
To your high speed blender add all the ingredients for the smoothie. Blend until smooth.
Add some crushed cookie as the base, followed by your smoothie mixture.
Finally sprinkle a little more cookie crumble, top with coconut cream.
