Ingredients

50g oats

30g Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff

1tsp raw cacao

½ ripe banana

115ml milk of choice

45ml orange juice

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

1 heaped tsp Chocolate spread

½ orange, zest of

Toppings

Dairy free yoghurt

Orange zest

This dessert for breakfast recipe is a seasonal twist on baked oats using the Kids Good Stuff Rich Chocolate.

 

Method

 

  1. Pre-heat an oven to 180c

  2. Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate spread) in a blender cup and blitz until smooth.

  3. Pour half of the mixture into a greased ramekin, add the teaspoon of chocolate spread and cover with the remaining mixture

  4. Place in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes, allow to cool for a few minutes before topping with dairy free yoghurt and orange zest.
