Apple & Blackberry Protein Crumble

A warming classic that benefits from a spiced protein hit with the Chai, Turmeric and Maca Clean Lean Protein. Perfect for a night in curled up on the sofa.   Method   Preheat an oven to 170o Combine all the fruit layer in a bowl. Transfer to an oven proof dish and bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine all the crumble topping ingredients in a bowl, mixing together with your fingertips. Spoon the crumble topping over the fruit and return to the oven for 30 minutes or until the crumble topping is golden brown and the apples are soft. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

**Fruit layer**

1 apple, washed and diced

50g blackberries, washed

½ tbsp sugar

¼ lemon, juice of

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp cinnamon

**Crumble topping**

30g oats

30g plain flour

10g Chai, Turmeric and Maca Clean Lean Protein

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tbsp maple syrup
