• 150ml coconut milk
  • 150ml water
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder mixed with a splash of warm water or 1 tbsp of freshly grated turmeric root
  • 1/4 tsp natural vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango, chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 scoops of Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 scoop of Good Green Stuff


Add the ingredients in the order they’re listed to a liquidiser, Vitamix, NutriBullet or similar. Blend until fully mixed and enjoy!
