Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp probiotic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Almond milk or water to desired consistency
  • ¼ cup yoghurt
  • Ice cubes (to temperature liking)
