A super-charged vegan smoothie, not for the faint at heart!


Ingredients

¾ cup chilled, filtered water

2 tsp Good Green Stuff

Juice of half a lemon

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tsp grated fresh turmeric (or ¼ tsp ground)

1 cup baby spinach

2 kale leaves

1 stalk of celery, cut into chunks

1 apple, cut into pieces

1 small banana

½ medium cucumber, cut into chunks

¼ cup ice


Method

1. Add filtered water and Good Green Stuff to a blender and mix together on low speed.

2. Add fruit, vegetables and spices and blend until smooth.

3. Add ice last to reach desired consistency.
