Ingredients

1 avocado

1 tsp Good Green Stuff

1 cup loosely packed fresh herbs

1 spring onion, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 small fresh red chilli (seeds removed) - optional


Method

1. Whizz all ingredients in food processor.

2. Serve with a platter of fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, peppers, tomatoes) or taco chips.
