These are challenging circumstances and we are doing our best to maintain normal service and ensure our products get to you safely. We will keep you updated here on the blog and via our newsletter.
Our warehousing and distribution teams have put measures in place to protect the health and wellbeing of their staff and do what they can to minimise impact and disruption. For now, whilst there may be some delays, we continue to be able to get deliveries to UK locations.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of virus don't survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.
Order and Delivery Updates
At present we will aim to provide our usual level of service with some amendments to delivery times. However we cannot ignore the unprecedented nature of the situation and we cannot necessarily guarantee normal operations.
Whilst we aim to process your order promptly and despatch within 1 working day, we are experiencing high volumes of orders and as a result some orders may take longer to process.
In most circumstances we are able to continue to deliver to UK addresses as normal, however it is possible your order may take longer than usual to arrive as a result of couriers experiencing delays due to the Coronavirus situation.
With all orders you will be sent a tracking link via email so that you can keep track of your order at all times.

Next Day delivery
We are suspending the guaranteed delivery service at the moment, due to our delivery partners experiencing delays as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Due to some restrictions in European countries we are currently unable to guarantee delivery to all European addresses. Please contact us if you would place an order to a European country and we’ll check the availability at that time.
Changes to our delivery procedure
In order to protect customers and staff, our delivery partners are minimising contact during delivery. The courier will not be handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead will log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, for all customers where we need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, the courier will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance (at least 2 metres) while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
We are in regular contact with our distribution partners, and will continue to provide updates regarding orders and delivery, as the situation continues.
